The Top1 Admissions Summer Pre-College Program for Emerging Global Leaders offers high school students a unique opportunity to dive deep into the world of global leadership and personal development, guided by some of the world's most esteemed educators from Harvard University, Stanford University, and Oxford University. The main purpose of this program is for students to become a stronger leader through workshops and activities that enhance their natural abilities and emphasize their potential.

Students will take two courses in the program:
Global Leadership Development and Challenges
This course is about transforming yourself into a visionary capable of inspiring teams and making impactful decisions that resonate across the globe. You’ll engage with real-world scenarios and develop skills that will set you apart in any field you choose to pursue. Whether you dream of running a multinational corporation, spearheading a nonprofit, or leading innovation in tech, this course is your first step towards becoming a global leader of tomorrow.
The Psychology of Power and Influence
Discover how leaders motivate, persuade, and transform their teams and organizations. Through interactive projects, you’ll learn the art of negotiation, the power of persuasive communication, and how to wield influence effectively. Ideal for aspiring entrepreneurs, future marketers, or anyone looking to make a mark on the world, this course will equip you with the tools to persuade and lead, turning your visions into reality. Get ready to change minds, including your own.
Duration
The program will take place in late summer. Students will engage in a two-week journey, designed to challenge and elevate their understanding of leadership. Over the course of 10 business days, participants will partake in two meticulously curated courses each morning, followed by dedicated project work in the afternoons.
Who Can Apply?
This life-changing, world-class experience is open to current 9th, 10th, and 11th-grade students enrolled in a high school in Vietnam, who are at least 13 years old. We are looking for enthusiastic learners eager to make their mark as the next generation of global leaders.
Application Process
